I was the only one who showed up. T_t again.
started with running in place. then jumping jacks. then running in place. knees to chest. up downs. jumping jacks. running in place. up downs. squat thrusts. up downs. jumping jacks.
then suicides. (four times across the entire gym)
and then more of the running/jumping/knees.
then up downs. and running in place. and knees to chest. and up downs. (all mixed together)
and low crawl across the gym.
on your back low crawl back.
(repeat four times.)
run in place. suicides.
low crawl, no hands.
on-back low crawl back.
ammo cans. (one minute)
run in place.
low crawl.
more low crawl.
and more low crawl.
running with 2 20lb weights: five laps of gym, five sets of stairs, one set of suicides.
crunches and side-to-sides (10lb weight) and pushups between these.
we switched exercises every time the trainer got bored of watching one. no set number.
medicine ball exercises:
throwing it up in the air
side to side (shoulder height, standing)
slamming on ground (like with tires)
above head to between legs
more suicides. and low crawl. and handless crawl. (hands on back, as if tied.)
then to the stairs. again.
hopping up steps: 6 times
down steps backwards: 6 times.
hop-skip-thing (hell): 10 times up, ten times down.
bear crawl: twice. (that was a fiasco.)
wheelbarrows up and down: 6 times. T_T
then weight work.
with eight pound weights, a modified bench press.
ten pounds: shoulder and side workout
eight pounds: (we stuck with 8lbs for anything that potentially would hit my face) tricep workout.
ten pounds: some tricep workout I don't know how to explain.
(this took about a half hour to do weights.)
then we did a half hour of basic tae kwon do (or however you spell it): one kick, one block, one stance.
then I swam twenty laps.
kill me now.
I'm taking next week to go camping: hiking, kayaking, rafting, biking. I'm required a five mile minimum a day run, and to do modified versions of the weights workouts. crunches and pushups too. T_t
